Yes — completely free, and we intend to keep it that way. We don't charge listing fees, take a commission on your revenue, or sell your data. Our business grows when the platform grows, so we're motivated to send you genuinely interested guests.
We aim to respond to every submission within 48 hours. On busy weeks it might be slightly longer, but you'll always receive an email either confirming your listing or letting you know what needs adjustment.
Cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, street food spots, warungs, spas, recreational spaces, and local event venues. We focus on independent and locally-owned businesses — well-known chains are generally not accepted.
For now, email us at hello@sommwhere.com with any changes and we'll update it within 24 hours. A self-serve dashboard where you can edit your own listing is on the roadmap.
No. Sommwhere is a discovery platform, not a booking system. We connect curious people with great places — what happens next is entirely between you and your guests.
We don't remove reviews just because they're negative — that would undermine the trust that makes Sommwhere valuable. We do remove spam, fake, and abusive reviews. If you believe a review violates our guidelines, flag it and our team will take a look.
